Integer personnel integrate these Principles into their daily work in order to "power" their best efforts for the well-being of the Church. Integer's Principles provide direction for making decisions and executing actions, and they are an integral part of the values that Integer has .


The Principles of Integer are:

1. FIDELITY TO TO THE MISSION
To know the mission; to identify myself with it; to consistently and constantly follow it without betraying the confidence that has been placed in me; to participate in the achievement of goals and objectives.


2. PURITY OF INTENTION
To choose attitudes and behaviors according to the responsibilities and the roles that are assigned to me; demonstrate dedication and a positive attitude: be open, frank and mutually supportive; promote the truth; look for opportunities to act for the good of others and the institution.


3. ESPIRIT DE CORPS
Esprit de corps is team spirit; it involves promoting what unites us and leaving aside what divides. It means forming one team, believing, loving, and hoping in the same ideals. It means unleashing my own capacities and qualities to the maximum, putting them at the service of others. When there is team spirit, the triumphs of one are the triumphs of all; the setbacks of one are the setbacks of all. There is a community in which we share our joys, successes, and challenges.


4. SPEAKING WELL OF OTHERS
To think, to speak and to act in positive manners in all situations. To form a kind and compassionate heart, respecting the dignity of associates. To bring issues and concerns about others only to those who are in a position to correct the matter.


5. INTEGRITY
Maintaining congruency between what I think, say and do in all honesty. Fulfilling my obligations and respecting the norms of the institution without taking advantage of others.


6. COMMITMENT WITH RESPONSIBILITY
To seriously undertake my personal, work and social responsibilities by giving my best efforts, displaying attitudes of effort and hope and seeing the future with realistic optimism.


7. SELF-GIVING
The Integer employee keeps in mind the high ideals of his own work, and maintains a clear understanding of the vital importance of his/her work. This awareness stimulates personal dedication and effort in support of the Integer’s mission. Self-giving is manifested in a consistent disposition for quality service, generosity and eagerness for teamwork..


8. SPIRITUAL SIMPLICITY
Expressing oneself in a simple way, without pretentiousness; behaving naturally with sincere frankness; choosing to behave in a spirit of austerity and avoiding unnecessary expenses.
